Veggie bolognese pasta for 4 people:
You will need:
- 400g smoked tofu
- 2 onions
- 8 fresh tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 teaspoons of tomato puree
- Garlic
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
1. Peel and grate the carrots, peel and slice the onions, grate the tofu and dice the tomatoes.
2. Brown the onions in olive oil, then add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Cook the pasta, season and enjoy
Vegan pancake batter (for 11 pancakes):
You will need:
- 350 g wheat flour
- 50g of starch
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 45 cl of vegetable milk (almond, soy, vanilla, etc.)
- 25 cl of water
1. In a bowl, pour the flour, starch, salt. Make a well and pour the oil.
2. Add the milk little by little and mix at the same time. Then add the water and stir until you get a smooth paste.
3. Leave to stand for 2 hours at room temperature. You can then bake your dough as usual.
Veggie burger:
You will need:
- Coral lentils
- Onions
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Spices (turmeric, coriander, parsley, cumin and chilli)
1. Cook the lentils for 15 minutes, brown the onions, garlic and spices together in olive oil
2. Make small steaks and put them in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
3. Compose your burger as you please! And taste.
